baking problem

Hi so after a couple of months im getting back into baking and I am having an issue with the bake here is a screenshot of the bake:

I hope you guys have an idea on how to fix it another odd thing is, that the top piece of the pillar is fine only the bottom 2 show problems

It's hard to tell the problem without seeing the highpoly, and showing the normal map would help.

a friend of mine just gave me a tip to check layers and since i had every mesh in the scene centered in the middle but hidden it messed up the bake I didn't think that would affect the bake
