NORMAL MAP BAKING error 3DS MAX

Hello I've got a problem with my normal map! I use 3ds max!
I made the high poly and the low poly , after that I unwrap the low poly after that I put the skylight in the scene and I chose all the settings in render to texture and render setup! I reset the cage and I modify the amount! but this is the final product :/
