Well.. uhhmm.. okay here's the truth. It's not good.
I've found for plain things like a door, subtle details are best, even for dirty ones. So reduce the opacity of the poop stains if you want to keep them there. Do more edge treatment. Like a bit of wearing on the edges and corners of the doors, places where you'd expect them to be in real life. Same deal with the edges on the metal panels. Maybe some slight grime streaks coming from the bottom vent? Again keep it subtle, and use real life reference to guide you. Though in the end, you may find it's just a door and you can only really take it so far texture wise
Hey there, I am pretty bogged down with my own project right now, but I figured I would go a head and take 10 minutes out to do a quick paint over for ya. This is just a general direction nothing more, don't take everything to literally. I do think it is best to make clear, constructive, criticisms, rather than saying something completely up helpful... but I suppose alexk beat me to that. Anyhow, hope this helps!

EDIT: here is some progress, need to go back over metal
