Hi everyone, I'm relatively new here, but this will be the first time I am actively participating in this community. In my spare time I am producing a game with unity which I create the concept art and 3d models for. I've learnt blender over the course of a year through online tutorials and constant work, though I'm still very much a beginner, and I thrive on your advice.

At the moment I'm working on the 3d model of my main character. I've done a few concept sketches of him, the most recent being this;

I've spent a great deal of time attempting to model him, though this is my first attempt and I'm sure I have made a great deal of errors. you can see my progress below.

What do you think? it's for a game so I've tried to keep the polycount down. I was considering first creating a high poly model and using it's baked occlution map on the low poly model for texturing. On that note, what is your workflow? what steps would you take, for example, to make a model for dota 2?

In any case, I'm happy to be ere and I look forward to learning a lot from all of you.
