Been Planning on making an environment and I have just started any feedback from the community would be appreciated.

I would focus on doing a blockout of the scene before even thinking about uv'ing assets - get the size and feel down first, then tackle individual assets.

Yup I agree with scribble head. The faster you get a blockout in unreal or whatever game engine you're using, the better.
