To be honest I think there are far better, and still free, alternatives out there, such as blogspots recent overhaul or even wordpress, but thought I'd share anyway. Someone might prefer it.

I don't really see the point of these automated tools to be honest.
It really isn't hard to quickly knock out a simple website to show off your art, I think my original one took me about an hour and a half, with no web development experience at all (current one is a different story, but I spent ages just playing around with layouts, the original was just a carbon copy of one of the carbonmade layouts).
Plus you also get something then that is unique to you and not shared by everyone else who has used the portfolio creation service.
