Hey guys, not long been a member of Polycount but have been trawling through quite a bit. I'm currently on my second year on a Game Art Design degree at De Montfort uni.
Decided to join in with a sketchbook, would really love to become a part of the community and just have a place to share my progression.
I welcome any kind of feedback and critique, I'm wanting to improve all the time.
Passion lies in 2D environmental art, but I'll be posting up everything from life drawing sketches to 3D projects too!
Anyway, better post some work... might be quite a bit I'll start of with work I did in year 1 and where I'm at now.
Another 3D project, this one was a bit different, we were given the two buildings either side (fully modelled and textured already) and were tasked with creating our own in between, I went for a theatre...
A character project I've been on for the last few weeks, a self portrait styled in the Mortal Engines universe, 9k limit. Some concepts I went through down to the final renders
Also tried out the Xoliul Shader, couldn't get the alphas to work properly though (hair and buckles)
Very nice work Luc, I have someone looking for some artwork to be done, paid freelance work that is. contact me on skype r.j.ramsay and I will connect you with him.
