How to study on "Video Game Design" at US college ,if u are outside US and graduated

Hi everyone i'll be very glad if you guys can inform me about this.

I live in Istanbul, Turkey and this year i will be graduated from a university here from the department called 'Management Information Systems' after 4 years. (it is same as IT but different name)

My question is: How can i apply for a university in US to for a 2 year 'graduate' program with the subject "Video Game Design" ?
What are the universities that has this kind of program?

I am not sure if they accept students outside US and what are the school prices and are there scholarships? For example would they give scholarship by looking at the work i done in terms of game design and level design?
Would my game project "Ocean City Racing" be something they would be interested enough to give me scholarship?

If scholarship is not an option, where can i exactly find out the fees and the terms to get accepted to the school.

The only info i could find was this:
http://cinema.usc.edu/degrees/minor/videogame.cfm

And it looks like a minor program and i also couldn't understand how i can apply to study in a department like this.

Thanks in advance!

I just know that schools cost 80000$ and that most of them are utter crap.

as far as I know there's very very very few scholarships for non US students - actually there may be none. You can apply but if you don't cut it you will have to take some sort of test (GRE) which has nothing to do with your subject of study but seems to be required to determine if you're ready to do a graduate study e.g. SCAD wanted that, despite me having a BSc degree and 7 years industry experience and a folio - all on top their horrendous tuition.

However US unis LOVE international students. International students = prestige and money up front. There's no loans or anything (unless you loan money in Turkey). They get all the cash right away, directly from your pocket, without much bureaucratic hassle.

It's really not worth it imho. In the end I got accepted for a MSc programme at Liverpool, which is probably more useful than a 3D degree and for sure is much cheaper and easier to get into especially since they don't give a damn if your US degree is regionally or nationally accredited (but that's just me ranting).

Funny story, my university, George Mason, is known for it's diversity and it actually takes pride in obtaining foreign students. In fact, in my dorm this year, we have an individual who is from Iran.

We have a Game Design program, but it's a BFA and it's not very good. That's all I have. The only master programs I know of is Guildhall and Digipen.
