That NES looks very familiar. I own one since almost 20 years.
You need to work on the cheekbones, especially around the corner of the eyes. This is why the face has this grey alien look.
The mouth is also very large, could be a little bit more narrow. Nose and eyebrows seem to flat and take your time to model/sculp an ear with the help of an tutorial and reuse it every time. There are some 3D brushes in Mudbox/zBrush for exactly that purpose. Doing so is not being lazy, but efficient.
