3dsMAX language localizations - help to find the name of the Command panel.

Hi!
I found that in the version of 3dsMAX in languages different than english the name of the command panel is different. For example in max2011 localized to German the name of the command panel is "Befehlspalette", but in
in max2012 and 2013 (german licalization) the name is "Befehlsgruppe".
Can you guys help me to find the proper name of the Command panel for 9+ version of 3ds max in different languages?
Just open MAxscript listener or maxscript editor, paste this
