Problem importing files in Xoliul Shader

Hi everyone. I needed to reinstall my pc lately and haven't been able to use Xoliul Shader afterwards.

I'm getting the following error when I'm trying to import a texture

Oh yes, I'm using 3Ds Max 2013 and the installation from Xoliul Shader went without a problem.

Run max as administrator, that should fix it afaik.
