Hello. I'm still pretty new at this and I'm having a problem importing static meshes from Maya. I know how to export them via FBX but when I import them to UDK they always import without the curves. I'm sorry if this is a really stupid question but once again I'm fairly new.

Because when you import an FBX (Without smoothing groups), it looks blocky (Or, sharp. Lacking in "curve"), where as if you do export with Smoothing groups, it makes it look "Curved"....
Completely throwing stones here, though. He's probably talking about Nurbs curves.
