Background billboards/ background plates help
So I was playing Max Payne 3 and there was a beautiful night time city background on the helicopter sniping level. Of course I would like to know how to make this efficiently. I don't recall ever seeing a tutorial for these kind of Background billboards/ background plate. Of course some of the buildings are there, I don't mean those.
