Normals Problem

Hello,
New to the forums
What am I doing wrong?? I have had a heck of a time getting a normal map from my HP to low poly. Ive done this procedure 1000 times before. Something is giving me trouble this time though.
Hopefully you guys can spot the problem.
I have tried baking it out in mudbox, zbrush, xnormals. but to no avail.
Here is a pic of the 3dsm render to texture. What is up with all the colors and artifacts? Ive never had this happen before.

btw, it will be used in unreal. So I cant have those reds. If you look at the top left, it starts out fine on that one piece, but then turns green and red in the middle. What the heck is it doing? hahaha
