I really need fresh opinion, because i'm kinda stuck in my creative progress(i don't know how to say it right), and i don't know what to do next to improve my skills.
Wow the wood and metal parts work out very nice! Pretty inspiring ^^
There's a little n-gon at the bottom of the stock you might want to get rid of (Doesn't look planar at first sight).
looks good, although distribution of polygons seems strange. various small elements look round and nice while big parts like butt and grip feel blocky.
There's really nice material definitions.Very nice use of small details,dents etc.Before somebody say I'm gonna mention that wood grain in the specular is mostly useless since wood grain has nothing to do with specularity,gloss covered on the wood reflect the light.Other than that its totally awesome.

Why not a blue spec map on the wood? That seems to be popular
