Hey, so here's my WIP thread, found out about this a little late but here goes.
My idea is to drape the skeleton of a basilisk down SK's arm, forming the curving sword. Its skull his helmet.
love how you can flow the items all down his one arm.
next to merge and tweak the shapes and refine the geometry. Add a handle to the sword and re-do the gauntlet.

updated geometry. just need to reduce poly count a bit. almost ready for next step: high poly for normals etc
