Having a few issues with my bake on this weapon. I know its not a huge deal as I've managed to fix it in the past. I'm having some trouble fixing it this time though.
I think my topology is messy in some areas, which is the reason I'm getting lots of little errors here and there. I've fixed some of them, but the remaining ones are quite troubling. Also the normal is lower res then final so I can run off quick test bakes.

There's more but its pretty much like that in random areas on the model. My smoothing groups are setup properly and I made sure all my normals are not flipped.
Any ideas or advice would be awesome

Check your UV's.
Try different smoothing.
