For one of my modules in my last year here at Staffordshire University, I was tasked with redesigning/reimagining a fighting game character. I chose none other than the man himself, Scorpion.
I actually when through a couple concepts, most of which didn't stray too far from the original design and ending up being quite boring but with the help of my lecturers I managed to completely overhaul my concepts into something you guys will hopefully enjoy.
I enjoyed every minute of making this guy, from start to finish, and I welcome any comments and critiques you may have. We had a tri-limit of 12K, and a total texture map limit of 4096x4096 but the final tri-count was 10,252.

I'm fairly new to this, but how the HECK did you sculpt the hard edged metal plates and what not? I can't seem to get those nice looking plated all in ZBrush
