I managed to get the export working from max.

I mainly used UV master from zbrush and then cleaned a decimation master to get a quick low res.

I won't have much more time to work on this, but I'll take crits and comments to improve readability.

well, kinda sprinted those out, but it is really all the time I had, I retouched the textures a bit, added some colors.
