I enjoy this a lot however the quality drags it down as I can't make out quite a few details. Besides the quality compression my only crit is when the camera starts to slow down in some of the scenes right before an opacity change, I believe if you're going to transition with opacity you should have a linear change. On top of that I think you could benefit the mood a little more if you made the opacity scale slower. Other than that I would hope you re-upload with better quality .
Maximumproductions, when you say "linear", do you mean like fade into black between cuts rather blended like I did? And I totally agree with the compression, I was quite mad when I found out the converter didnt compress to minimum 720 res. that's the sure thing I'll fix when I get back into town. And yea, I wanted to adjust the slowing down I noticed at the end of cuts.
Terriyakistyle... Would it be good if those values of 0,0,0 be slightly raised with just a hint of red?
And one last thing, does my user name steer people away from looking at my post? I hardly ever get any responses
My bad, I should have been more specific, what I was noticing is on nearly all the shots they end with a Bezier type of slowing down of the camera, I think it would look better if the Camera went at the same speed throughout all the shots (except on some specific moments maybe) and I think this would make transitions look a little better.
But I think what might be another way to transition cuts would be to darken the scene (through opacity) while blending (through opacity) over a black background. That's just an idea though.
Or you could try a more dramatic approach
Video.1 --> [slow opacity change] 100% --> 0% (keep a black background for a second or 2) Video.2 --> [slow opacity change] 0% --> 100%
Anyways my only concern was the camera slowing down awkwardly for some scenes.
