I've tried some silhouette´s and decided to take the last one to make a colored concept.

i really like those silhouette sketches.
you might want to repeat some of the elements you have there, or else you keep introducing new shapes and concepts, and it becomes cluttered. i would suggest you focus on the wing-thing on his back and lose the tubes on his arm in favor of something more in tune with the rest of your concept.

my idea on the arm's was that his left hand is specialized on his time controlling features and his right hand to finish the job with physical forces.
but i see your point there so i tried some other silhouettes for the arm's
