Hi everyone. Gonna give this contest a try. I whipped up some concepts tonight of a helm and shoulders. Want to get the weapon done at least and then try for the arms and belt too.

Was originally going for a viking themed set, but it started getting an japanesy look to it after a while. I like the way its looking at the moment, but any crits/comments would be appreciated.

I'll be teaming up with my bro to do this. I'll be doing the 2d stuff and he'll do the modelling.

Got some work done on the highpoly model finally. Still need to add some details here and there and tweak a bit.

Yeah, seconding the clay polish idea. Tightening up some of the edges where the normals aren't quite working properly will make the outside work really well. Nice job!
