Start in zspheres and speed sculpt with claybuildup, inflat, move, dam standard.

looks great, you should probably angle the arms up though, for sculpting/rigging/animation reasons.

Looking really cool man, definitely pulled the idea off better than i could off!, The only problem i see with it is that the arm without pumpkins looks really noisy, try toning that down and sculpt some flesh tearing away and rotting man!

Just thinking about two things :
- with knifes in the back for a biker ?
- something is disturbing me with the belt. Maybe it's too large/long.

But HELL YEAH. HOLD ON !
