I am working on a model in zbrush and used goz to take it into 3ds max... when i went back to zbrush something is starting to feel off. The scale no longer looks the same. How do i check what's the scale? Also how would i fix it knowing that i have alot of subtools...

If you have a lot of subtools, you can scale one down using the size deform and then use the Repeat to Others button.
