[Dota 2] Crystal Maiden Sketch

I have a good idea of staff for Crystal Maiden...
I sketch them but I don't know, how to use workshop...
Maybe this sketchs give to ideas for good item creator...

If I tell some explanations;

- Staff have a Main crystal and small crystal rotates around the it. also this small crystals move up and down...
- Staff made of wood or glass tube or cylinder. Four cyrstal in this staff.
-item have snow, blue or white shinnig effect..

Is this purely an idea? because you can't simply submit an idea and expect it to magically happen, you will need to model it yourself if you want to be illegible for this contest. this is a 3d contest after all.

That's true, It's a contest.. But I dont care that... Mine only purpose is " a creator use my suggestion to nice work"
I drew this sketchs in lesson.. I thought this completely so original...
