Alright I'm done. I'm just gong to rig this guy and do a posed shot too. But I'm happy with this one it was pretty darn fun. Now to get another chavant sculpt before I submit!

Imho, the eye could be a little brighter so it would look more vivid and the whole texture could use a simple gradient going from darker/less contrast (it's legs) to a brighter/more contrast (the head and a bit the back). At the moment I'm kind of constantly looking at his elbow, because that is the brightest part on the image.
Also, post a sideview
Did you end up using a alpha map on yours? I don't see where I can use one on this guy.
Another thing is the material, he doesn't look like flesh or scales, he looks like a rock sculpture
