Not to nitpick but that looks more like a distillery not a brewery. If you asked to make a brewery and end up making a distillery in a project it won't look good on you! Anyway the brass reads pretty well but the floor is pretty indistinct. A lot of these buildings were made in the Victorian era when decoration was king. Think ornate tiles and iron work. Yours looks like a warehouse with distilling equipment in it, it might be closer to what you would find in a modern distiller but visually you could punch the scene up by setting it in a grander age.
