Trying to experiment with the way more cinematic models are made...its sort of hard to find out the workflow - whether to use displacement maps and nm for smaller details or to just model in every detail and use a normal map for smaller details...
I am more familiar with game modeling than modeling for cinematics or for render...Planning on maybe trying out Vray in Max...But I am more comfortable with Mental ray in Maya...so not sure which...
well, look at the concept, the feet in the concept are maybe 30% wider than the knee, at the very most. and in your model they're over twice the size easily.
The face is looking great so far. I think his whole upper body (particularly the torso/groin area) could stand to be a bit wider or thicker, to give him a more "solid" or bulky feel.
The legs could also do with some thickening. This may help with the feet issue, either by having the legs match what you have now, or more likely to have a better perspective on fixing the feet.
I didnt read this thread but his hooves seem more rounded in the figure and taller and yours seems a bit more pointy and lower to the ground, I could be wrong.
I'll try to dig around for it, but if you can find the Burning Crusade art book, the expansion that the Draenei cinematic is from, they have a full body render of that model. It would certainly help you match your proportions better. Right now his feet are very large compared to his much thinner body.

Just my two cents.

Looking forward to seeing how you progress ^^

It would be worth finding that book or the pages his model is on, they have ortho drawings as well.
