Hello Polycount!
We're not going to waste your time, so here's the deal: [ame="

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCT6i6WGFsA"]actually make games[/ame]. We've got the skills, we've got the vision, we just don't have a modeller. This is where you come in.
We need talent. Actual, genuine talent, people who have a passion for games and want to help create something that will make people sit up and take notice. We've been looking for a good modeller for a long time, we're not going to be satisfied with half-arsed models or someone who is just starting out - we need you to be good.
So what's in it for you?
We would like to integrate the modeller into our core team - we plan on making many, many games, and we're going to need someone committed long-term. What does this mean? This means, simply, you get a share of any profits we make. You get to have your name put on our games, you get to say that you helped make them. We're offering you money and prestige, if you're as committed as we are.
We're not a big game studio, we don't have financial backing. We're paying for everything out of our own pockets, so until we've got good games out there and selling, there's no return. But once we do, you'll be in for a cut of everything we make, and we're offering you a potential job for the long term, if you want it.
What do we need?
Nothing but a demonstration of your skills. If you can model and rig, great, but can you design creative, unique and exceptional works of art that people will be inspired by?
We don't care about your qualifications - hell, we don't have any either, we're all self-taught. We have an awesome work ethic and the ability to produce results, and that's all we're interested in from you.
