Head Bust WIP

So am working on this character and i just made the head bust, this cahracter is for my demo reel.
so any suggestions or critique are more than welcomed.

I'm no expert but here's some advice:
His eyebrow area seems a bit blocky.
The ears look a bit too tall.
There's some weird stuff going on between his lips.
Corners of his lips are weird too.
The wrinkles on top of his head are kind of weird.
made the changes, will post the new sculpt soon.
