The only thing I'm wondering is the animation of the hanging parts, wouldn't it look weird if they won't be animated by movement? But maybe that's up to Valve..

This set is still one of my favorites in this contest. I'm curious, did you add any bones for the extra gems that hang from the hair or the swords? If so, could you please share what you did a bit?
