Hi, I'm trying to make some chewing gum in max to be animated.
It will be "used" and on the floor then eventually stick to an object and stretch slightly.
Whats the best way to go around this?
Just off the top of my head I'm thinking blob mesh? but still I haven't really used it so don't know.

I managed to use a simple "connect" in the compound objects menu.
I created two mesh objects deleted some faces then connected them, you can change the tension and segments of the bridges to make it look like stretching gum.
