vTools help!

I grabbed vTools from either Millenia's or Racer's tutorial and it seems pretty cool. My only real complaint is that I don't know how to associate the gloss (alpha) with specular, and specular only. It looks like there is a way when I open the options, but I just don't know what this means and the documentation for vTools isn't the best I've ever seen.

First of all you want to name the group with your specular "~specular", as you have ~ set as the root layer marker. And if you want to pack the gloss into the alpha channel of the specular, name it "specular" in the alpha channel no ~ or anything, and you should be good to go.

It the topic here, i have a question: the vTools is compatible with PS CS6, or was any vTools (savePSDTGA) alternate?
