Your jaw is moving way too much. I suggest filming yourself saying the line, with an extreme close up of your mouth. You dont need to move the jaw up and down, especially that much, for every sound you hear.
Also, your body. Some of it feels like its in spline. some of it feels like its in stepped. So a lot of spacing issues.
I suggest you focus on body mechanics first, then move on to lip sync. Walk cycles alone can be quite the challenge
