I'm not sure what it is, but she's not quite reading as dead to me yet...
her overall plumpness could be ok if she's freshly dead...
I think it's her intentionality. she's too focused on cutting off limbs. Mybe a little less focus in her face, and less of an intentional grip on the bonesaw and arm, as though she's not actually tring to wield them they're just dangling in her dead hands.
