Senior Producer

The Senior Producer is responsible for the economic success of all titles of one or more IPs. He takes care of all projects within one brand universe and sees that the projects are successfully completed on time and budget while all internal and external stakeholders are happy and feel that their needs are met in the best possible way. In this demanding and very responsible role you will not only take our games, but also your team to the next level.
Responsibilities
Primary:
- Coordinate and ensure scheduling for several projects
- Handle, review and control project budgets, milestone approvals, contracts
- Lead internal and external team members; mentor producers and junior producers
- Ensure the right balance between internal requirements, project requirements, and strategic requirements (while pushing for the best for each project and all stakeholders always keeping an holistic view)
- Investigate tools and applications for use in any or all project teams
- Be an active part in building highly effective and efficient structures for our growing department
Secondary:
- Maintain a positive and trustworthy department morale
- Interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers, prospects, and vendors
- Research market trends, stay on top of technological developments, and
- Have fun at work and be an enthusiastic team player
Requirements
This position is open for experienced Producers with proven successes only:
Primary skills and abilities:
- Proven successes (in the entertainment industry), several years of leadership experience
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player
- Decisive problem solver
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, concise language
- University degree in business administration / economics or related fields appreciated
- Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written
- Great passion for video games across multiple genres and platforms
Beneficial further experience:
- Business development experience
- Start up experience
