DotA 2 import problem. (model&pics inside)

Hey!, I've been trying everything for over 3 days now, and I can't seem to figure out what's the problem.

I'm working on Phantom Lancer weapon for DotA 2.

I created the mesh, baked all four maps (color, normal, mask1(empty), mask2(empty)) bound it instead of the default weapon to the correct joint and exported as fbx.

when i import the model with the textures to DotA 2 in-client it says "import successful", but the model is invisible - i can't see any of it.
