So, I've lurked around for a long time. Reading threads, absorbing, etc. Figured it was time to actually start posting stuff, especially since I'm overhauling my portfolio. Feedback is always appreciated.
Currently going back to an older piece and optimizing/cleaning it up, before moving on to new work. Getting back into the rhythm of making normals/AO, since most of the work I've been doing lately is just straight up textures.
Manny Calavara from Grim Fandango as a carved Tiki statue. He's fun.
If I ever get the time I'd love to build him out of clay so he can actually have fire in his bowl. 1816 tris and 1024 diffuse/normal maps. Not done yet, texture needs some lovin'. thanks for lookin'
