Kill Max F1 Hotkey?

Anyone know how to disable the max F1 help hotkey? Kind of annoying. I launch it from time to time and really would like to map another hotkey to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

No way to remap F1. Unless you use a program that modifies your keyboard keys per application.
