Haskell Character Work

Yo everyone this is my first post and this is a project I've been working on in school for a senior character design class.The character I'm trying to create is a bust of a semi organic Cyborg using a pre-Dominance War SDK mesh. I want the over all silhouette to read muscular and organic but I want a mechanical feel to him as well. I was given a base mesh to work with and I took it into Z-brush for a high poly sculpt.From there I decimated it and took it into 3ds max to bake it down to my low poly mesh. I've begun texturing and all I have right now is a diffuse texture that still needs some work.I'm putting the model into the Udk engine and I was wondering how I could use kismet to make the eyes have that sharp glow that spikes off the emissive map. If anyone wants to throw down some knowledge and critiques for me it would be much appreciated.
