you need to bring the head right down man... really hunch over those shoulders, get the neck curve going... in the concept he's got this real hunched caveman posture going on, and i think that should be reflected in his anatomy rather than a final pose.

it's really killing this sculpt for me at the moment.

Thanks for your comment, the reason he is standing straighter in my model is that this guy will be getting a full animation rig in the end. So to have maximum mobility in the rig I'm modelling him more vertical, if you look at his upper body and his armor, when the shoulder armor is tilted from the chest up to make the points point straight up like the concept he then will have a much closer pose to the concept. If I modeled him as hunched as the concept he would never be able to thrust up with attacks and such because the chest and stomach would get massive stretching and his back would have some collapsing occur. With this pose he can hunch in animation as well as stand straight as needed. It's been a tricky process looking at that concept and trying to figure the best pose for all animation poses needed, but the proxy of this pose gave the best over all results. But again thank you for your thoughts, I hope when the rig is in this guy I can show the reasoning better ;)

I really dont like the face, but thats just personal preference; you did a good job recreating your concept

Honestly, aside from the face, i fucking love this orc...its a fresh design I havent seen before and i love his proportions

Its also nice seeing an orc without metal strapped everywhere

Wow, that sculpt is just rad because of all the subtle detailing!
I would say tweak the face expression - the grin should be wider and the eyebrows should lower and closer together so that he looks more cunning and evil. Although you will probably tweak it on the final presentation so this might be irrelevant.
Also I feel like some details should be oversized even more to match the style of the concept - the scrolls, the runes hanging on the shoulderpad, the armor pieces.
But again, it looks pretty great already.

lookin nice reminds me of the warhammer orcs should look awesome when its finished my only bit of feedback would be that he looks a little top heavy with the bottom half of him being more scrawny and the top have being mega muscles.
