Hey guys, myself and my modelling partner Aerashi are having a bash at this as big Valve fans all round. I'm a concept artist by trade and Aerashi is an environment and prop modeller most of the time. We've not actually played the game yet, but have spent a bit of time researching the various characters, their backgrounds and in-game abilities. Despite the Beastmaster title on the thread, I'm posting for the Beastmaster, Enchantress and Silencer here, as we're still in the process of deciding which to flesh out properly, and would welcome some community and player input! Beastmaster is being modelled first, but if we decide to take the silencer or enchantress further we'll create new threads. Thanks for looking all

I think the Enchantress thumbs look the most interesting due to the seasonal changes in the costume (the colours really pop and I absolutely love the winter one). They all stand out really well. Perhaps you should consider just doing all four of those instead .
As for the Beastmaster and Silencer, I would say 3 and 4 respectively.

Here's some thumbs for the axe weapon slot.
Good choice with the aztec design, although I would like to see the bluebell enchantress made.
As foe the axes I think 10 is the one that fits better with the overall design.
