Your valve is too flat. It should be a bit more of a dome shape, like a mushroom.
And, ironically, the three outer curved bits are flat-topped when they should be round, while the three middle ones are round while they should be flat. Also, the outer ring should be wider, and the crease/crevice much more pronounced.
You're right Quack! It's not, I'm working on finding one I can get my own reference images from, the edge shape is something I'm fixing right now, but it's those latches I only have blocked out that are really annoying. I don't understand how they work from images on the internet.
If you filter google images by large size only, the first 2 rows of references have great close ups of those parts you need. Good luck! Looks like a fun project.
When I do the search (with large image) I just get links to Amazon and other websites selling it. I have to do pelican case 1450 + motorcycle to get the images of the case used as saddlebags. The information bubble? Anyway, I've more or less knocked it back to a rough blockout again, this time paying much more attention to proportions (still obvious issues, this is really just a progress)

How is this?
I don't think that is a good defence for poor planning.
There are plenty of references to get your shapes from.
No, but seriously - I just typed in "pelican 1450" in google and pressed 'large images', like Quack described.
