Hello guys my first post here, though I've been modeling for quite a while.
Anyway I decided to get a nice looking portfolio up. I will not bore you with details so here is what I need.
I am looking for a tutorial to explain how I can render a high poly model of handgun lets say. With a basic material but nice lighting set up, ambient occlusion and all of that good stuff.
Basically I want to make a good looking render of my high poly before I make a low poly with textures. I'm pretty sure you understand what I mean. If not there are lots of examples on this forum of what I want to achieve and if needed I will provide them.
I did google the issue but the only tutorial that kept coming up was already gone/deleted/removed/destroyed/etc
