[FONT=&quot]The Junior Producer takes care of his project(s) within one brand universe and sees that the projects are successfully completed on time and budget while all internal and external stakeholders are happy and feel that their needs are met in the best possible way. In this demanding and responsible role you will take our games to the next level.[/FONT]

Responsibilities[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]
Primary:[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]Coordinate and ensure scheduling for your projects[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Handle, review and control project budgets, milestone approvals, contracts in collaboration with your mentoring Senior Producer[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Ensure the right balance between internal requirements, project requirements, and strategic requirements (while pushing for the best for each project and all stakeholders always keeping an holistic view)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Investigate tools and applications for use in any or all project teams[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Contribute to a highly effective and efficient structures for our growing department[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]Maintain a positive and trustworthy department morale[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers, prospects, and vendors[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Primary skills and abilities:[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]At least 1-2 years’ experience in development / production as an assistant or similar[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Excellent planning and organizational skills[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Strong interpersonal skills, team player[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Decisive problem solver[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Excellent verbal and written communication skills, concise language[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]University degree in computer science or business administration / economics or related fields appreciated[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Fluency in English, both verbal and written[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Great passion for video games across multiple genres and platforms[/FONT]
