What's up with the extreme normals on the face and boobs. I suggest you lose the normal map until you've finished the body itself. The normal map hides any kind of shapes you've got going on in the face and makes it impossible to comment on.
Definitely finish the model without textures first. The face and the boobs still need a lot of work! On first glance i would say that the forearms are too short and the neck is too thick...
Mystique is basically naked, it is very important to perfect her anatomy before going any further. Take a few steps back and show her without the extra definition, and it'l be easier to see what needs fixing. One step at a time.
Is your normal map inverted or something? It looks very strange, especially on the face/chest/hair.
Before doing any sort of high poly normal map/bake work you should really get your basic anatomy down, though. The face especially needs work. It's hard to give good critiques from the images you've shown.
