At first, I was afraid it wont fit with the rest of the hero style, but this turned good actually. I tried to test if I could skin meshes on whatever bones I wanted to, it was a succes
For his weapon, I thought of a giant crowbar. Must try this tomorrow, with a fresh head.
How about the character tone and contrast, tell me if there is something wrong

the pandaren brewmaster is known to be a biker
I worked his look make him more fantasy typed, and more in the mood.
I removed the goggles, I liked those too but... I had to make a choice.

Maybe a metal piece around the eyes, like in the vicking helm type could help.
Best of luck either way I like the idea though some people think others are trying to ruin DOTA2 and don't understand creative expression
The C and D have to much of a steampunk feel in my opinion

Anyway, so much work, ideas and declinations, it's hard to find what's best. I'd rather choose the latest A version, it fits the character well.

As far as the goggles go I actually liked C for the readability. Either way I'd say put the goggles on his eyes.

little update with weapons, yup, its a medieval chopper handlebar (not easy to keep it medieval btw)

I searched for a more proper weapon, the mix between chain and staff, the flail comes quite quickly

Excellent concept! I have to point out some problems you might run into later since I am also doing a set for Brewmaster and already know the shortcomings.
Weapon, barrel, shoulders and arms you should be fine.
The hat, googles and cape you might want check the poly count limit first and also the character item slots and bones.
You only have 5 item slots so let's say you put 4 for: Weapon / barrel / shoulders / arms
You are left with the one for the back with a LOD1 limit of 300 polys. Even if you manage to make an excellent cape where do you put the hat and gogles?
I still think you can pull this off and it wil look great but check the character limitations first.

The date extension come just in time. Some guys gave me express concept art
I thought It will impossible for me to make it. But Now I have new hope
The second huge issue was the normalmap, I tried to render the whole stuff with Xnormal, but evil UVseams showed up EVERYTIME in my map, I spend more than a day trying to dealing with this issue, reading the wiki, tweaking smoothing groups. I finally ended up baking with 3DSmax...And the miracle append ! yet other problems showed up, like dealing with my backing proper normal with my spikes....

For obscure reason, my normals was altered just by saving with photoshop too... After about 50 tries, I ended up trying directly in DOTA2. It worked, I honestly don't know what is happening between 3DS,TOSHOOP. Well it work know.
Then comes the obscure skinning values with the Brewmaster, after about 60 tries, I'm almost there...
I need to go, my polys need me !
