In the process of looking for a faster way to get a final asset done, i thought to try out the generated textures pipeline without any highpoly, and in a few hours i managed to get to this result. Now i want to find out what there is to improve and with that go to more complex models.

(and the scale of the trash looks a bit off)
Box
1. Edges to sharp, try loosening up the edges for the bake.
2. No noticeable flaps, try using thicker forms to add the sides of a cardboard flap seem
3. Texture is a bit flat, try adding stains or various subtle gloss over the spec to break up the material.
Trash Can
1. Noticeable Normal Map seam on the center (near trash) also noticeable waviness.
2. Trash is too bright, keep it cast in shadow or make it dimmer.
