I would like to ask and if someone can help me I'll be very grateful.
I need to find more web sites like ""indie db"the section for finding jobs.
Because i want to find a proper job but all of the companies want experience
and is like a "circle"can't get a job to get that experience.
Please any suggestions are appreciated.

Look through the request forum on the main polycount board;

Not many indie teams pay - its more to gain valuable experience, but certainly have a look through there and hopefully you may find something.
