Well, I screwed up and picked a character that's not on "the list" so here is a similar iteration for Slardar. The idea is he's been outfitted with guard gear from the "Sunken Treasury" to defend his under water realm from subaqueous thieves.
I included my previous concept as well just for reference.

It looks like for this model I don't get a bind pose that's very good, so I'll have to paint some weights for the arms and the back if I decide to tackle that
SO Slardar needs his weapon attached to right wrist.
Today was baking and experimenting with the mask1 and mask2 textures. I'd like to know how to get a better glow effect. I have that alpha channel whited out in some areas without any perceptable glow.
I'm going to tweak these maps until I get what I'm looking for then crank through the other two pieces and add a 4th if I have time.

Man, that's crazy. I worked with that guy at SOE...or at least he was a contractor there as we worked on the same PlanetSide2 assets. Small world.
